Terms of Service
These terms apply to Nexus Screener at nexusscreener.pro, including the installed app ("Nexus", "we", "us"). By using Nexus you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use it.
Not financial advice
Nexus is a research tool, not an investment adviser or broker. Nothing in the app, its alerts, scans, scorecard, journal, emails or posts is financial, investment, tax or legal advice, or a recommendation to buy or sell any security. Trading stocks, especially low-priced and low-float stocks, is risky and you can lose money, including more than you expect. Past results, including the Supernova scorecard, don't predict future results. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions.
Market data
- Market data comes from third-party providers. Up to 500 stocks at a time stream in real time: the day’s top movers and stocks you open. All other prices refresh every few minutes and can be several minutes old. A price is shown as LIVE only while a real-time trade from the last few seconds is available. Nexus does not promise real-time data for any particular stock.
- Data, news, filings, calculations (such as relative volume, float rotation and VWAP) and alerts can be delayed, incomplete or wrong, and alerts may arrive late or not at all. Don't rely on Nexus as your only source.
- You may use the data for your own personal use only. Don't copy, scrape, resell or redistribute it.
Your account
- You must be at least 18 years old.
- Keep your sign-in details safe; you're responsible for activity on your account.
- You can download your data or delete your account at any time from the Account tab.
Nexus Pro subscriptions
- Nexus Pro is billed monthly or yearly through Stripe at the price shown before you subscribe. New subscribers may get a free trial once per account; you won't be charged until it ends.
- Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Cancel any time with "Manage subscription" on the Account tab; you keep Pro until the end of the period you've paid for.
- Payments are non-refundable, except where the law requires otherwise or we decide to refund.
- We may change prices or features. Price changes apply from your next billing period, and we'll tell you before they do.
- Deleting your account cancels your subscription immediately, without a refund for the rest of the period.
Referrals
If referrals are offered, invited friends get the offer shown in the app, and you get account credit (one month's price) when a friend you invited first pays, up to 12 times a year. Credit applies to future Nexus Pro invoices only and has no cash value. Self-referrals and abuse don't qualify. We may change or end the programme at any time.
Acceptable use
Don't misuse Nexus: no attacking or overloading the service, getting around limits or payments, automated access or scraping, using someone else's account, or breaking the law. We may suspend or close accounts that do.
Third-party services
Nexus relies on other services, including Google Cloud and Firebase (hosting, sign-in, database), Stripe (payments), market data providers, public SEC EDGAR filings, Anthropic (AI-written explanations of market patterns; it receives market facts only, never your personal data), push notification services and, if you connect it, Discord. Their terms also apply to your use of them, and we aren't responsible for their outages or actions.
No warranty
Nexus is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, including accuracy, availability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement, to the fullest extent the law allows.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, we aren't liable for any trading losses or for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before it. Some places don't allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.
Changes and termination
We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version, and continuing to use Nexus means you accept it. You can stop using Nexus and delete your account at any time. We may stop offering Nexus or close accounts that break these terms.
